According to court documents, Kissoon met Dr. Hoerning—a 51-year-old father of two and owner of the medical practices Doctors Care and Modern Dose—at a Long Island gentlemen’s club in late 2024. The lawsuit states that Dr. Hoerning pursued Kissoon with persistent calls and text messages before professing his love, gifting her tens of thousands of dollars, and promising to leave his family. The relationship reportedly continued until spring 2025, when Kissoon contacted Dr. Hoerning’s 34-year-old wife, Nicole, to disclose the affair.
Following that disclosure, Dr. Hoerning allegedly sought police intervention and court-ordered protection against Kissoon. According to the lawsuit, the physician told law enforcement that Kissoon threatened to hire individuals to harm his family, citing a framed Scarface poster in her possession as evidence of a threat. Kissoon’s attorney, Michael Treanor, told the Daily Mail that the legal fallout cost his client her job at a healthcare facility, forced her into counseling, and left her emotionally distressed.
