According to the official determination issued by the local health authority, the funds cover the social component of socio-sanitary services provided in June 2026 alongside residual balances from previous months, operating under regional disbursement mechanisms.
Allocation Breakdown Across Caserta Facilities
The funding distribution covers 18 distinct structures throughout the Caserta territory, with allocations varying based on billed services and facility classifications. According to ASL Caserta documents, the largest single share goes to Oasi in Castel Campagnano, which receives 292,820,27 euros as a residential care facility for elderly individuals with severe disabilities and for disabled residents.
Villa San Francesco in Valle di Maddaloni follows with 156,808,47 euros, while Cottolengo in Trentola Ducenta receives 123,447,19 euros. Additional major allocations include 96,082,95 euros for La Pinetina in Castel Volturno and 92,780,73 euros for San Vincenzo de Paoli in Castel Morrone. Villa dei Cedri in Lusciano is set to receive 76,433,20 euros, and Opera Pascale in Curti is allocated 61,363,12 euros.
Further down the allocation list, Villa Giovanna in Tora e Piccilli receives 50,518,93 euros, and Villa Serena in Valle di Maddaloni is allotted 47,859,33 euros. Centro Campano in Mondragone receives 23,983,64 euros, Villa Anna in Sessa Aurunca gets 22,173,24 euros, and Baia Duemila in Baia e Latina is allocated 21,884,09 euros. Villa degli Angeli in Sessa Aurunca receives 15,079,18 euros, followed by San Paolo in Casale di Carinola with 7,507,80 euros, COAL in Castel Volturno with 7,108,61 euros, and Gerovit in Aversa with 5,479,33 euros. The smallest disbursements go to PRIF in Curti at 2,115,60 euros and L’Incontro in Teano at 1,279,00 euros.
Distinction Between Residential Care and Rehabilitation Centers
While the administrative determination is broadly categorized under residential facilities, ASL Caserta’s documentation distinguishes between traditional residential care homes and outpatient rehabilitation centers. Facilities such as L’Incontro, PRIF, and San Paolo operate as outpatient rehabilitation clinics delivering specialized therapies under Article 26 of Law 833/1978 rather than serving as elderly nursing homes.
This structural distinction means the financial disbursement supports a mixed network of care environments.
