Modernizing Edge Infrastructure for Connected Devices

The funding supports targeted upgrades to testing environments used by faculty and student researchers specializing in IoT security vulnerabilities. Edge computing environments present distinct defense challenges because processing occurs closer to data generation points rather than centralized servers.
