Motorola has expanded its mobile and wearable lineups with the launch of the Edge 70 Plus smartphone, the Moto Watch Ultra, a magnetic wireless charger, and a luxury variant of its foldable device, according to regional announcements covered by tech publications including tbreak.com and Notebookcheck.net. The announcements, tied to product releases rolling out globally and regionally through Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, highlight a push into premium mid-range hardware and lifestyle tech.
Motorola Razr 70 Swarovski Edition Adds Luxury Finish
As part of its Brilliant Collection, Motorola introduced a specialized jewellery-grade variant of its existing foldable device, officially named the Motorola Razr 70 with Crystals by Swarovski, according to Notebookcheck.net. The limited-edition foldable features a Pantone Meteorite colorway paired with 35 hand-positioned Swarovski crystals finished in Silver Night on the exterior, alongside a larger 32-facet crystal embedded directly on the hinge.
The luxury foldable retains the core technical specifications of the standard Razr 70 model launched previously. According to Notebookcheck.net, the device includes a 6.9-inch primary display, a 3.6-inch secondary exterior screen, dual 50-megapixel rear cameras, and a 4,800mAh battery. The package also bundles a transparent protective case designed to keep the crystal embellishments visible.
Motorola Edge 70 Plus Delivers Mid-Range Power and High-End Optics
Alongside the luxury foldable, Motorola revealed the Edge 70 Plus, a premium mid-range handset positioned around high-resolution imaging and display capabilities, according to tbreak.com. The device features a 6.78-inch quad-curved Extreme AMOLED display with a Super HD resolution of 2772 x 1272, HDR10+, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness rating of 5,200 nits for small highlights. Durability features include Gorilla Glass 7i on both the front and back, MIL-STD-810H military-grade testing, and IP64 water resistance.

According to tbreak.com, the camera system is anchored by a 200-megapixel main sensor featuring 2.0µm pixels, an f/1.8 aperture, all-pixel focus, and optical image stabilization, supported by 10x Super Zoom and 4K video recording. The front-facing camera utilizes a 32-megapixel sensor that automatically switches to a wider group mode when rotated into landscape orientation. Under the hood, the phone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor paired with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, operating on Android 16.
Powering the Edge 70 Plus is a 6,500mAh battery supporting 45W TurboPower charging, 7.5W reverse wired charging, and bypass charging. As noted by tbreak.com, the bypass charging feature routes power directly from the charger to the system board during intense gaming sessions rather than cycling the battery cell, keeping temperatures lower. The handset will launch in four Pantone-inspired finishes—Mountain View, Gray Lilac, Milky Blue, and Sage—with regional rollouts scheduled for select countries across Europe and the Middle East.
Moto Watch Ultra and Wireless Accessories Round Out the Lineup
The announcements also introduced the Moto Watch Ultra, described by tbreak.com as Motorola’s smartwatch with LTE connectivity. Built with a 46mm stainless steel chassis, the wearable features a 1.5-inch pOLED display with a peak brightness of 2,700 nits and runs on a Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 platform powered by Wear OS 6. For the first time on a Moto-branded watch, the device incorporates LTE connectivity via an eSIM, dual-frequency GPS, Polar-powered fitness insights, an IP68 and 5ATM durability rating, and up to two days of active battery use.
Rounding out the hardware announcements is the Moto Snap wireless charger. According to tbreak.com, the magnetic charging accessory delivers up to 25W on Qi2.2 compatible devices and up to 30W on supported Motorola smartphones, featuring a zero standby power draw design and a 1.5-meter braided USB-C cable. While the Edge 70 Plus and Swarovski Razr target mobile users seeking specific aesthetic and optical upgrades, the watch and charger widen Motorola’s regional ecosystem footprint across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
