Following the October 1 debut in Bend, KEVORKIAN will embark on a multi-city screening tour across the United States and Europe. According to 500 Motors, scheduled stops include Salt Lake City, Innsbruck, Seattle, Denver, and Portland. Fans who miss the theatrical screenings will have access to a digital release published on the official 500 Motors YouTube channel on January 1, 2027, as reported by KTVZ.

Directed and edited by filmmaker Jake Price, the film was shot entirely on 16mm and 35mm film stock to document riders across remote backcountry terrain and global resorts.
