Her published work documenting the expedition, titled Vom Abenteuer des Ankommens, follows her earlier bestsellers Hallo, Glück – dich gibt’s ja doch and Hallo, Angst – ich mach’s jetzt doch.
According to event organizers, the upcoming reading forms part of the library’s ongoing lecture series titled Unterwegs in aller Welt (“On the Road Worldwide”). The narrative moves from snowstorms and jungle paths to sailing turbulence and quiet reflective moments, focusing on themes of freedom, maternal love, and the perspective that fulfillment resides in the journey rather than the final destination.
