Voice testing platform Klearcom has appointed Neil Weldon as chief product officer and Henry Bush as chief revenue officer following an investment from European platform Synova. Waterford-based Klearcom operates a system used by multinational enterprises, including Pfizer and Mastercard, to continuously test phone numbers, interactive voice response (IVR) systems, and voice bots across international markets against the CCaaS environments used by contact centers.
Executive Appointments and Industry Background
Neil Weldon joins Klearcom from Zendesk, where he served as vice president of product management overseeing messaging, workforce management, and omnichannel routing. Henry Bush arrives after expanding Signavio’s commercial operations prior to its acquisition by SAP, having previously held a senior vice president position at Worksoft.
The leadership additions follow financial backing from Synova, a pan-European investment platform.
“We welcome Neil and Henry to Klearcom at such an important stage in our journey,” Dunne said. “2026 has been an exceptional year for the business, and Synova’s investment has given us the platform to execute on our ambitious plans with even greater pace.”
Scaling Operations for Agentic Voice Demand
Klearcom provides automated testing infrastructure that dials in-country carrier numbers to evaluate voice application performance and route accuracy for enterprise contact centers.
“Neil and Henry bring the product leadership and commercial experience we need as we scale our offering and the team for 2027 and beyond,” Dunne added. “With demand accelerating and Agentic Voice transforming the contact centre market, we have a tremendous opportunity ahead of us and we are building the leadership team to seize it.”
