Participating units include An Giang, Bac Ninh, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Gia Lai, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Thanh Hoa, Vinh Long, and the host city of Can Tho. Athletes are vying for four sets of medals across specific carom disciplines, which include men’s three-cushion carom, men’s one-cushion carom, women’s three-cushion carom, and men’s youth three-cushion carom for competitors under 22 years of age.

Three Hundred Million Dong Prize Pool Drives the Ten-Day Competition

Organizers allocated a total prize pool exceeding 300 million VND for the tournament. The financial breakdown awards 50 million VND for the men’s three-cushion championship. First-place finishes in the women’s three-cushion and men’s one-cushion events each carry a 40 million VND prize, while the winner of the men’s youth three-cushion event receives 20 million VND, alongside numerous additional awards for various performance classifications.

Technical preparations concluded on September 30, when the organizing committee held a mandatory briefing with participating units. Officials distributed rulebooks, reviewed professional regulations, conducted draws, and established single-elimination match schedules. Delegations completed athlete credentialing procedures during the briefing to ensure readiness for the opening matches.
