Drime Essentials Lifetime Cloud Storage Plan Slashes Price to $149.97

A lifetime subscription to the Drime Essentials cloud storage plan is currently on sale for $149.97, down from its regular price of $299, Mashable reported. The service brings file storage, document editing, and client collaboration tools into a single platform to cut down on scattered feedback across emails and messaging apps.

Two Terabytes and No Individual File Size Limits

The Essentials plan provides 2TB of cloud storage with lifetime access for new and existing users. Unlike some competing storage providers, Drime does not impose a file size limit on individual uploads. Users can store raw photo libraries, high-resolution video files, or large project archives without needing to split them into smaller pieces, provided their total storage quota has the capacity. Files sync across compatible desktop and mobile devices, though the desktop application currently lacks support for Intel-based Macs.

Custom Sharing Controls and Timestamped Review Tools

When sharing files externally, users can generate custom links equipped with password protection, expiration dates, and access statistics to monitor who views the content and how long links remain active. For projects requiring client revisions, Drime supports timestamped comments directly on videos and PDFs. Reviewers point to exact moments in a video or specific sections of a document rather than leaving ambiguous feedback. The platform also includes built-in document and media editing tools alongside Drime Sign for collecting electronic signatures.

Workspace Collaboration and Encrypted Vault Security

Shared workspaces accommodate teams of up to 15 members, backed by 120 days of version history to help users recover earlier file states when revisions go awry. For sensitive files, Drime hosts data within the European Union and offers an end-to-end encrypted Vault. This Vault encrypts files locally on the user’s device, meaning Drime cannot read the stored contents. Buyers redeem the Essentials plan through the web app within 30 days of purchase.
