Adelphi University to Host 9th Annual Women’s Leadership Conference with Monique Coleman and Nataly Kogan
Garden City, NY – March 3, 2026 – Adelphi University will host its 9th annual Women’s Leadership Conference on Saturday, March 28, bringing together over 350 professionals, industry leaders, alumni, students, and community members for a day of learning, and networking.
A Cornerstone of the Adelphi Experience
According to Christopher Storm, PhD, interim president of Adelphi University, “The Women’s Leadership Conference is a cornerstone of the Adelphi experience, offering a platform for diverse perspectives and inspiring voices that have challenged the status quo.” He further emphasized that learning from innovative leaders helps define the future of leadership within communities.
Keynote Speakers: Monique Coleman and Nataly Kogan
This year’s conference will feature keynote addresses from two influential women:
Monique Coleman: Actress and Global Advocate
Monique Coleman, best known for her role as “Taylor McKessie” in Disney’s High School Musical, is an award-winning actress, producer, and global advocate for youth and women’s empowerment. She served as the first-ever United Nations Youth Champion and is a Daytime Emmy-nominated creator and executive producer, recently leading the Lifetime thriller Trapped in the Spotlight. Coleman’s work with brands like Hello Sunshine and COACH demonstrates her commitment to narrative change and uplifting the next generation of female leaders.
Nataly Kogan: Emotional Fitness Expert
Nataly Kogan, a Russian-born American author, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker, is a leading expert in emotional fitness and leadership. After a successful career at McKinsey, Microsoft, and as a Venture Capitalist, Kogan experienced burnout, leading her to found Happier Inc. And create the REINVENT•ABILITY™ Framework. She has helped over a million people build resilience and lead with impact and joy, and her work has been featured in Harvard Business Review and The New York Times. Kogan has delivered keynotes for companies including Google, Disney, and Dell.
Conference Workshops and Opportunities
The conference will include workshops, seminars, and breakout sessions led by industry professionals covering topics such as artificial intelligence, financial literacy, social media, and leadership and management. Attendees will also have access to professional headshots, consultations with financial advisors, resources from the Career Support Hub, and the TypeFocus Assessment.
Giving Back to the Community
Attendees are encouraged to contribute to Adelphi’s Career Closet by donating professional clothing items for students in need. Items will be available for students to grab home the day of the event.
