Amazon cuts $100 from Google Pixel Watch 5, hitting record low price

Amazon Drops Pixel Watch 5 to Record-Low $299.99

Amazon cut $100 from the Google Pixel Watch 5 as of Nov. 6, 2026, bringing the 41mm WiFi model to $299.99, its lowest price yet, Mashable reported. The discount extends across the lineup: Lifehacker reports the 45mm WiFi model at $329.99, down from $429.99, and the 45mm LTE cellular model at $429.99, down from $529.99.

Mashable named the Watch 5 its favorite Android smartwatch in its annual roundup, citing upgrades over the Pixel Watch 4 that include a faster processor, double the storage, faster charging and more accurate GPS route tracking. PCMag also ranks it the best smartwatch for Android users, Lifehacker notes, largely because Gemini is built directly into the device.

Watch 5 Adds Faster Processor and Double Storage

Google equipped the Watch 5 with a faster Qualcomm processor that the company says improves overall performance by 20%, Lifehacker reports, alongside 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, up from 2GB and 32GB in the previous model. The domed Actua 360 display reaches 3,000 nits of brightness and sits under scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass, with IP68 and 5ATM ratings that allow swimming and workout use.

Battery life stretches up to 40 hours according to Mashable, while Lifehacker measured up to 56.5 hours in testing, enough for two full days with sleep tracking left over. Fast charging tops the watch up in about 30 minutes, Tech Yahoo reports.

Gemini AI and Health Sensors Power the Upgrade

Gemini acts as a proactive companion on the wrist, surfacing flight details on the way to the airport or suggesting contact numbers during texts, and some features function offline when the phone lacks service. An AI-powered Health Coach reviews workouts with tailored feedback, though Lifehacker notes some fitness advice sits behind a paid subscription.

Health tracking monitors long-term trends in blood pressure and insulin resistance, checks breathing regularity during sleep, and includes Loss of Pulse Detection, which can prompt an emergency call. The LTE model includes two years of free data through Google Fi, Tech Yahoo reports, plus 90 days of free Amazon Music with either model, according to Lifehacker.
