Amici 25: First Evening Phase Kicks Off with Eliminations and Guest Performances

The 25th edition of the popular Italian talent present Amici launched its evening phase on Saturday, March 21, 2026, on Canale 5. The first episode featured performances from the competing singers and dancers, appearances by guests Annalisa and the comedy duo Pio and Amedeo and the first eliminations of the season.

The Judges and Teams

The judging panel for this season includes Amadeus, Elena D’Amario, Cristiano Malgioglio, and, modern to the panel, Gigi D’Alessio. Alessandro Cattelan as well has a role in the show.

The 17 contestants are divided into three teams:

• Team Pettinelli & Lo: Gard, Opi, Valentina (singers); Alessio, Kiara (dancers)
• Team Celentano & Zerbi: Caterina, Elena, Plasma, Riccardo (singers); Antonio, Emiliano, Nicola (dancers)
• Team Cuccarini & Peparini: Angie, Lorenzo, Michele (singers); Alex, Simone (dancers)

The Performances and Eliminations

The evening featured a series of challenges and performances. The first elimination of the night was Opi, followed by Michele. Antonio was the third contestant eliminated during the first episode.

A password game was led by Alessandro Cattelan, with a team comprised of Amadeus and Alessandra Celentano emerging victorious.

Guest Appearances

Singer Annalisa performed her new single, “Canzone Estiva,” during the show. The comedy duo Pio and Amedeo also made an appearance, celebrating 25 years of their career and the talent show with a celebratory cake.
