Jakarta, Indonesia – Investor and social media influencer Andry Hakim has been steadily increasing his shareholdings in several Indonesian companies, emerging as a significant shareholder in PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk (CBRE), PT Royaltama Mulia Contractorindo Tbk (RMKO), and PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS). This activity has drawn attention within the Indonesian stock market, particularly following recent changes to disclosure rules regarding share ownership.

Growing Presence in Cakra Buana Resources Energi (CBRE)

Andry Hakim currently holds 228 million shares in CBRE, representing a 5.02% stake in the company as of March 3, 2026. Kontan.co.id reports that, based on the current share price of IDR 820, this investment is valued at approximately IDR 186.8 billion.

Hakim initially gained a 5% ownership stake in CBRE through a purchase of 96,700 shares at IDR 1,020 per share on December 1, 2025, Investor.id reports. This increased his holdings from 226,903,374 shares (5.000%) to 227,000,074 shares (5.002%). Prior to this, on October 10, 2025, he purchased 109.90 million shares at IDR 750 per share, Bisnis.com states, bringing his initial stake to 5%.

Expanding Portfolio to RMKO and SOTS

Beyond CBRE, Andry Hakim has as well established positions in PT Royaltama Mulia Contractorindo Tbk (RMKO) and PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS). He owns 30 million shares of RMKO, equivalent to a 2.4% stake, with a portfolio value of IDR 21.75 billion.

Changes to Share Ownership Disclosure Rules

These developments come as the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) recently revised its regulations regarding share ownership disclosure. The novel rules require the public disclosure of share ownership at or above 1%, a change from the previous threshold of 5%.
