Antec 900: A New Chassis for AI Workloads and High-End Gaming
Antec Inc. Has launched the Antec 900, a full-tower chassis engineered for demanding computing environments, including Edge AI workloads, professional workstations, and high-end gaming systems. The new case builds upon the legacy of the original Antec Nine Hundred, offering a modern interpretation focused on high airflow and expandability.
Designed for Modern Computing
The Antec 900 is designed to support a wide range of motherboards, including ATX, E-ATX, SSI-CEB, and SSI-EEB, as well as AMD Threadripper systems and back-connect motherboards. This compatibility, combined with its spacious interior, allows for multi-GPU and accelerator configurations, such as NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada series GPUs.
Cooling and Airflow
Engineered for sustained workloads, the chassis supports radiators up to 420 mm in the front and 360 mm on the top. It comes equipped with six pre-installed fans and supports dual 200 mm front intake fans for enhanced airflow with minimal noise. The open internal layout further promotes efficient cooling during intensive tasks like AI processing, rendering, and simulation.
Storage Capacity
The Antec 900 offers flexible storage options with a total of nine drive bays. It supports up to five 2.5-inch SSDs and four 3.5-inch HDDs, making it suitable for large datasets, project files, RAID configurations, and extensive game libraries.
Design and Build
Constructed with aluminium and steel, the Antec 900 features a 4 mm tool-free tempered-glass side panel, combining durability with a professional aesthetic.
Availability and Pricing
The Antec 900 is available through select retailers and online stores, with a suggested retail price of EURO €289.99 and GBP £249.99.
