Mysuru MP Participates in Strategic Dialogues in Munich

Mysuru MP Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar recently engaged in a series of high-level discussions in Munich, Bavaria, from February 11 to 15, 2026, focusing on strategic dialogue and cooperation between India, Bavaria, and the European Union. His participation included engagements alongside the India-Europe Resilience Forum and the Munich Security Conference as reported by The Hindu.

Focus on India-EU Cooperation and Global Governance

Mr. Wadiyar served as a key speaker, participating in policy and security discussions that highlighted India’s increasing role in global governance, technological cooperation, and geopolitical alignment. At the Hanns Seidel Foundation headquarters, he addressed the India-Europe Resilience Forum policy debate on India–EU technology cooperation, offering an Indian parliamentary perspective on resilience and digital collaboration according to a press release from his office.

Discussions on India’s Multi-Alignment Strategy

The MP’s program included interactions with international delegates and participation in dialogue platforms addressing economic partnerships, transnational challenges, and strategic development issues. On Saturday, February 14th, Mr. Wadiyar participated in a closed-door fireside chat with Markus Ferber, Member of the European Parliament and CEO of Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung, and Jürgen Hardt, Member of the Bundestag, along with other distinguished guests. The discussion centered on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Antyodaya—uplifting the last person in society—and his efforts to advance this inclusive development model.
