AppDirect Acquires vCom Solutions

B2B commerce platform AppDirect has acquired vCom,an IT lifecycle management provider for midsize companies.

The $100 million deal closed Wednesday, december 10, 2025, according to a press release. vCom’s offerings will now be integrated with AppDirect’s unified lifecycle management platform.
