Expanding the HomePod Lineup

Alongside this, the HomePod mini 2 is also on the horizon, promising improvements to its chip, sound performance, and wireless connectivity.
Introducing the HomePad and HomeOS
Apple is preparing to launch a smart display, internally referred to as “HomePod Touch,” in the spring of 2026 . This device will feature a nearly square 7-inch display and a new operating system, homeOS, designed to offer a richer user experience with apps like Safari, Music, Calendar, and Photos.
