Applications opened on February 1, 2026, and will close on April 30, 2026.

Under the Australia-France Roadmap, signed in December 2023 by Foreign Minister Wong and Foreign Minister Colonna, the Australian Government is investing in the future of the region through education. The Australia Awards Scholarships aim to foster a peaceful, stable, and prosperous future for both Australia and its regional partners. Australia Awards scholarships promote international development assistance in New Caledonia.

Who Can Apply?

The scholarship program is open to:

• New Caledonian students seeking postgraduate studies.
• French Polynesian students seeking postgraduate studies.
• Students from Wallis and Futuna seeking undergraduate studies.

What Does the Scholarship Cover?

Successful applicants will have all tuition fees, daily living expenses, and travel allowances covered, allowing them to fully focus on their studies and immerse themselves in Australian university life.
