Baptist Health Seeks Azure Applications Product Manager to Drive Platform Evolution

Baptist Health, a leading healthcare provider in North Florida, is currently seeking an Azure Applications Product Manager to define and lead the strategy, development, and ongoing evolution of an internal platform. This role is critical in supporting internal users and operational outcomes, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and risk reduction.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for establishing a clear product vision aligned with business objectives and operational needs. This involves translating complex challenges into a cohesive platform strategy and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and risk exposure. The position requires close collaboration with platform teams, infrastructure partners, and risk and compliance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health.
• Translate technical capabilities and constraints into clear outcomes and priorities for stakeholders.
• Work directly with internal customers to understand workflows, challenges, and success metrics.
• Lead delivery from discovery through launch and continuous iteration, partnering with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
• Define product requirements and document decisions to maintain clarity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Enable efficient and reliable delivery practices by measuring performance through outcome-based metrics.
• Responsible for both product planning and product marketing throughout the Product Lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Strategic thinking and systems mindset across cloud architecture, applications, and infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex Azure and technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills.
• Customer empathy for internal users such as developers, analysts, and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
• Agile Certified Practitioner certification.
