Bavaria is Calling! Roadshow to encourage Women in Local Politics

The “bavaria is calling!” initiative warmly invites interested women to a roadshow event in Freising. The goal: to increase the number of women in local councils, as they remain substantially underrepresented in Bavarian municipalities.

The event will be held in the large meeting room of Freising Town Hall on Friday,November 28,2025,from 3:00 p.m.to 5:00 p.m. Organizers Kathrin Alte (CSU), Carolin Adldinger (CSU), Mayor Eva Bönig (Alliance 90/The Greens), and the “Bavaria is calling!” team anticipate an inspiring afternoon featuring keynote speeches, information sessions, and discussions.
