Bay reps Girls Hockey Team Qualifies for National playoffs, Seeks Community Support
TRAVERSE CITY, MI – The Bay Reps Girls Hockey Team has earned a place in the USA Hockey National High School Playoffs, set to take place from March 18-22, 2026, in Plymouth, Minnesota. This qualification marks a significant milestone for the team, achieved after completing an undefeated league season.
Now in its third year, the Bay Reps Girls Hockey program proudly represents multiple high schools throughout Northern Michigan, fostering a collaborative spirit and regional pride.
“Earning the opportunity to compete at Nationals is an astonishing achievement for these athletes and our organization,” stated Stacey Feeley, a board member of the Bay reps. “These girls have worked tirelessly, and now they’ll have the chance to represent thier high schools and Northern Michigan on a national stage.”
As the team prepares for the demanding competition ahead, they are actively seeking corporate sponsorships and community support to alleviate the substantial costs associated with travel, lodging, and tournament fees.
