The incident involved a 63-year-old man who sustained severe burns and is currently receiving intensive care at a city hospital.

According to reports, ten individuals, including four minors, self-evacuated from the building before the arrival of emergency services. EMERCOM personnel, working in conjunction with the State Committee of the Republic of Belarus for Emergency Situations, were able to fully extinguish the blaze.
