Interference from Brie and Nikki Bella created a chaotic scene, ultimately leading to a disqualification and ensuring the champions held onto their belts.
The Road to Interference
Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss earned their title shot after winning a number one contender’s match on the previous week’s SmackDown. Although, before Legend and Jax could enter the ring, the Bella Twins made their presence known, declaring their intentions to challenge for the tag team gold and announcing they would be watching the match ringside.
A Brawl Breaks Out
The match quickly descended into a brawl, with Legend and Jax immediately attacking Flair and Bliss. Jax briefly dominated Bliss, even taunting the Bellas at ringside.
