Monday February 9, the Catherine-Courbon room in Saint-Ferréol-d’Auroure hosted a blood drive marked by a great mobilization.
In total, 93 people showed up, including 10 new donors who came to perform this essential gesture. Among them, Romane, 18 years old, resident of Saint-Ferréol-d’Auroure, made her first donation, illustrating the commitment of the young generation to this vital cause.
This participation reminds us how essential blood donation is: each donation helps save lives and meet the constant needs of hospitals. Donating blood means offering a little of yourself to help others, often in emergency situations.
This collection was also the occasion for a friendly and civic moment: the donors voted to elect the six best drawings produced by the students of the Les Châtaigniers school in Saint-Ferréol and the Saint Exupéry school in Pont-Salomon.
