Bowers & Wilkins Unveils New Colors for Px7 S3 Headphones and Pi8 Earbuds

Bowers & Wilkins has expanded its color options for the Px7 S3 noise-cancelling wireless headphones and Pi8 noise-cancelling wireless earbuds, adding new aesthetic choices for consumers. The Px7 S3 is now available in Vintage Maroon, while the Pi8 earbuds come in Pale Mauve and Dark Burgundy.

Px7 S3: Vintage Maroon Addition

The new Vintage Maroon colorway for the Px7 S3 headphones features a dark, rich brown-red hue complemented by brass-colored accents. This joins the existing color options of Canvas White, Anthracite Black, Indigo Blue, and Frost Blue. The Px7 S3 headphones are engineered with 40mm biocellulose drivers angled to direct sound towards the user’s ears, aiming for flagship-level sound quality.

These headphones support wireless lossless listening via aptX Lossless and Adaptive, transmitting a 24-bit/96kHz signal over Bluetooth. They offer up to 30 hours of battery life, with a quick-charge capability providing seven hours of playback from a 15-minute charge. The Px7 S3 includes physical controls located behind each earcup and supports Spatial Audio and Bluetooth LE.

The Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S3 is available for $479.

Pi8 Earbuds: Pale Mauve and Dark Burgundy

The Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 earbuds are now available in Pale Mauve, a pastel pink, and Dark Burgundy, featuring brass-colored accents similar to the Vintage Maroon Px7 S3. These earbuds utilize 12mm carbon cone drivers, among the largest found in wireless earbuds, designed to deliver a larger and more dynamic soundstage while minimizing harmonic distortion.

The Pi8 earbuds also support aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless for high-resolution audio streaming up to 24-bit/96kHz. They are Made for iPhone, offering seamless integration with iOS apps, and also support Google Prompt Pair. Battery life is rated at 6.5 hours in the earbuds, with an additional 13.5 hours provided by the charging case.

The Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 earbuds are priced at $499.
