BR-Performance Expands International Network with New Openings and Service Growth
Automotive tuning network BR-Performance is expanding its footprint in France and internationally, anchored by three newly identified franchise opportunities in France and the recent launch of a center in Barcelona, toute-la-franchise.com reported. The Barcelona launch marks a strategic foothold in the Spanish market, where the brand is already eyeing additional projects for 2027 and 2028. Beyond Spain, the network is evaluating expansion into Germany, Portugal, and Italy, alongside exploratory discussions for potential locations outside Europe.
The expansion is managed by Cédric Beggache, the network’s animation and development manager. Beggache’s role bridges initial candidate recruitment with ongoing operational support, drawing on his background managing profit centers for major retail brands and leading franchise operations.
Motorcycle Diagnostics and Alternative Powertrains Drive Diversification
BR-Performance is pushing to extract more value from underutilized service offerings across its existing network. To achieve this, the company is introducing tracking indicators and collective promotional campaigns aimed at boosting sales and educating customers on the full scope of available technical solutions.
Motorcycles represent a major growth vector for the brand. Over the past two years, two-wheeled calibrations have surged across the network, supported by targeted marketing campaigns and a heavy presence at major French motorsport events, including the 24 Heures Motos, the MotoGP at Le Mans, and the Bol d’Or. Nearly all network centers are now equipped with motorcycle dynos to handle the rising demand.
At the same time, the network is preparing for shifts in the broader vehicle market. Engineers at BR-Performance have begun developing tuning and service solutions tailored to hybrid and electric vehicles, which are expected to occupy an increasingly large share of the vehicle fleet.
Structured Onboarding and Regular Field Support for Franchisees
The onboarding process for prospective franchisees begins with an evaluation of their entrepreneurial background, motivation, and objectives. Once approved, candidates undergo a four-week immersion training program at a pilot center, covering commercial, organizational, and operational workflows. Operational oversight is maintained through a combination of field visits and digital check-ins. Beggache conducts an annual in-person audit of every center during the first quarter to review financial results, organization, and growth vectors. This is supplemented by two seasonal video conferences and continuous communication via phone and messaging apps.
