Braun Strowman Launches Production Company, Meat Castle Media, with Magilla Entertainment

Former WWE Superstar Adam Scherr, known as Braun Strowman in the wrestling world, is expanding his career beyond the ring. He has launched a new production company, Meat Castle Media, in partnership with Magilla Entertainment, a television production company known for unscripted series like Moonshiners and Beachfront Bargain Hunt. The announcement was first reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

A New Venture for “The Monster Among Moonshiners”

Scherr, who will now be referred to as “The Monster Among Moonshiners,” will co-run Meat Castle Media with producing partner Nick Antonicelli. The company’s formation marks Magilla Entertainment’s first venture into talent-led production. They will collaborate with Kevin Duncan, Magilla’s chief development officer, who previously worked with Scherr on the USA Network demonstrate Everything on the Menu.

Focus on Unscripted Content

Meat Castle Media will focus on creating unscripted series and formats, as well as podcasts. The content will span a variety of genres, including craft, competition and celebrity interviews, according to Cageside Seats.

First Project: “Hands On”

The company’s first series, titled Hands On, will feature Scherr, a former tradesman and mechanic, learning new skills in various professions. The show is described as being similar in concept to Dirty Jobs, but starring a 6’8” former athlete, as noted by F4WOnline. A competition show centered around miniature model making is also in development.

Scherr’s Recent Success

This new venture follows Scherr’s success hosting Everything on the Menu, which has been renewed for a second season. He was released from WWE in May 2025, but has continued to find success in television, as reported by F4WOnline.

“Nick and I couldn’t be more excited to re-team with Kevin, and work with the amazing folks at Magilla, to build a real force in the TV industry that puts talent, groundbreaking ideas and meaningful partnerships at the forefront,” Scherr said in a statement, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
