Officers from the 75th Precinct responded to reports of shots fired just after midnight. Upon arrival, they discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Jarell Sutton, 24, was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale Hospital Medical Center. Another 24-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to his foot and was transported to the same hospital by private means, where he is listed in stable condition.
