Lansing Building Products Announces Vision 2030 Focused on Building Strongest Industry Relationships
Lansing Building Products has unveiled its updated strategic vision for the next five years, shifting focus from internal growth targets to industry-leading relationship building. Announced in January 2026 at the National Sales Meeting in Nashville, Vision 2030 replaces the company’s previous Vision 2025 initiative with a simplified mission: “Build the Strongest Relationships in the Industry.”
According to Hunter Lansing, every associate at Lansing Building Products is familiar with the company’s guiding visions. Vision 2025, created in 2019, was designed to make Lansing a best-in-class place to work, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and achieve a significant revenue goal. The company confirmed that this revenue target was surpassed twice and that it is now well on its way to reaching $2 billion in sales.
As the company approached 2026, leadership determined it was time for an updated vision. After meaningful discussion and planning, the team introduced Vision 2030, which doubles down on the belief that relationships are the foundation of continued success. The new vision places the highest value on relationships with associates, customers, and business partners.
Lansing emphasized that while training and technology remain constant priorities, the company’s future success depends on each relationship it builds. Every customer interaction, delivery, and brand representation is seen as an opportunity to strengthen those connections.
“Relationships are everything here at Lansing Building Products,” stated Hunter Lansing. “Every interaction with a customer or business partner, every delivery made, each time we represent our brand … these seemingly small moments all have a big impact on the future we are building together.”
The company expressed confidence that by building the strongest relationships in the industry, great things will happen.
