The Seogwipo City Tourism Division in Jeju is currently recruiting general participants for the street parade at the upcoming 32nd Seogwipo Chilsimni Festival. Applications remain open through October 2, 2026, at 6:00 PM, inviting individuals, families, clubs, organizations, and corporate entities to join the procession.
Parade Route and Schedule
The street parade is scheduled to take place on Friday, October 23, 2026, running from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. According to the Seogwipo City Tourism Division, participants will travel a roughly 3-kilometer route starting from Jungang-ro, passing through Jeongbang-ro and Chilsimni-ro, and concluding at Jeongbang Waterfall.
Participation Categories and Eligibility
Organizers have set no limit on the total number of participants. Eligible categories include arts and sports groups capable of executing a safe parade, participants featuring creative cosplay or costumes, and entries highlighting regional resources through original conceptual designs.

Prizes and Awards
