The Government of Castilla-La Mancha, through the Directorate of the Special Civil Protection Plan before the Flood Risks in the region (PRICAM), sent a system message at 10:15 a.m. Es-Alert to all localities near the riverbed Bullaque Riveras well as the municipalities downstream of the Guadianaafter the increase in flow due to the discharge of the Tower of Abraham swampwithin the province of Ciudad Real.

Ruiz Molina recalled that PRICAM is activated in Emergency Phase, Operational Situation 1framework in which this second Es-Alert has been sent to six municipalities in the province of Ciudad Real: Porzuna, El Robledo, Piedrabuena, Luciana, Puebla de Don Rodrigo and Arroba de los Montes.
