The civil lawsuit by Ramón Ayala Rodríguez, the interpreter’s first name, was filed on Saturday, november 29 and is covered under the Corrupt and Organized Crime Influenced Organizations Act (RICO).
In the 107-page document, Ayala maintains that Pina conspired with Mireddys González to add the founder of Pina Records as a co-author of more than a dozen songs since 2015, allowing the producer to recieve royalties from Daddy Yankee’s music.
