The firefighters of the Château-Gontier rescue center have just released their 2026 calendar. A project that required them to leave the fire station to go and pose… in the town’s businesses!

For several weeks, the firefighters have been visiting local shops to create this original calendar. A fishmonger, a hairdresser, a dentist… many traders have welcomed them with open arms.

“It was a good-natured atmosphere,” says Lieutenant Christophe, the driving force behind this project. “The goal is to show the human side of the firefighters and to thank the traders for their support.”

The calendar is now on sale at the Château-Gontier fire station and at participating businesses. All proceeds will go towards the purchase of new equipment for the rescue center.
