Founded in 2013 by Chef Christophe Bonzon and his wife, Jess Bonzon, the business began as a patisserie in Burnaby and expanded to a second location in White Rock in 2019. Chez Christophe prides itself on artisan chocolates, cakes, croissants, macarons, and specialty desserts.
