The donation marks the third consecutive year of collaboration between the Chinese Embassy and the football club, which operates nine football schools across Panama. These schools primarily serve young athletes from low-income families who lack the financial resources for proper training. Minister-Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Panama, Huang Zhiwei, emphasized the initiative’s role in promoting youth development through sports. “Many of these young footballers come from humble backgrounds and cannot afford the necessary training. We hope they can one day participate in a World Cup,” he stated.
