Chubb Appoints Aaron Shead to Lead International Property Operations

chubb has announced the appointment of Aaron shead as Executive Vice President, Head of property for Chubb Overseas General, the company’s international general insurance operations. The appointment was made public on December 9, 2025.

In this newly created role, Mr.Shead will be responsible for overseeing Chubb’s property portfolios, including fire, terrorism, power, and energy risks. He will also serve as the primary business leader for major property accounts within the international division.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Shead served as Head of Fire for Chubb Overseas General. His career with Chubb spans multiple regions, including leadership positions held in the U.K., Asia, and Bermuda, demonstrating extensive experience in international property underwriting and risk management.
