CONEP Recognizes Dr. Milagros ortiz Bosch for Promoting Responsible Business Conduct

The National council of Private Enterprise (CONEP) recognized the general director of the General Directorate of Ethics and Government Integrity (DIGEIG), Dr. Milagros Ortiz Bosch, during the launch of the platform of Responsible Business Conduct (CER).

CONEP highlighted her tireless work in the promotion of transparency, public integrity, and institutional strengthening in the Dominican Republic, as well as her openness and collaboration with the private sector in the construction and promotion of the CER initiative.

Upon receiving the recognition, Ortiz Bosch expressed that this achievement is the result of joint work among diverse sectors of the country, stating:

“For courage to exist, brave peopel are needed; for peace to exist, people who love it; and for hope to exist, willing people to believe in it,” while stating that the Dominican Republic is a benchmark in transparency.

She also pointed out that she shares this recognition with all the actors who have opted for dialog, concertation, and the democratic strengthening.

she thanked the CONEP for trusting her government work and for recognizing an initiative built without impositions, in an environment of collaboration.
