Converse is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Retail Supervisor for its location at Orlando International Premium Outlets in Orlando, Florida. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities of a Retail Supervisor
- Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable support to customers regarding Converse products and services.
- Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers, exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness in all interactions.
- Perform operational tasks such as operating a cash register, shipping and receiving, stocking products, cleaning, and creating visual displays.
Physical Requirements
The position requires the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodations.
