Main Tasks and Responsibilities
In close collaboration with consultants and management,and leveraging our proven project management tools and approaches,the Junior Marketing Coordinator ensures the coordination of assigned projects to achieve objectives,while respecting the strategic vision,deadlines and budgets.
* Rigorous creation and maintenance of the project plan: Data entry, resource allocation and planning, monitoring task progress vs. planned budgets, monitoring key indicators, proactive updates to the project plan to promote effective management. Proactive monitoring of budgets and deadlines to ensure their adherence.

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the triumphant planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse range of marketing and advertising projects, from initial concept to final completion.
Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams (design, digital marketing, video production, etc.) and clients.
* Maintain strong, respectful relationships with superiors, colleagues, and clients, demonstrating both professionalism and assertiveness.
* Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
* Integrate seamlessly into existing agency workflows and utilize established tools and processes.
* Ensure adherence to established project management policies.
Qualifications:
* College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field, with proven project management skills.
* Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Assets (Nice to Have):
* Familiarity with the fundamentals of our core service offerings: Print Production, Digital Marketing, Web Design, and Video Production.
* Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients.
* Solid understanding of various media channels (web, social media, traditional media).
* Basic knowledge of project management platforms and/or ERP systems.

* Familiarity with Basecamp project management software.
* Proficiency in Keynote and Figma for presentations.
* Experience with Google Drive, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
