7 Facts About the Courier Involved in an Accident on the Lampung toll Road and Dumping Thousands of Ecstasy Pills

An accident involving a Nissan X-Trail on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road in Lampung revealed drug trafficking. Hundreds of thousands of ecstasy pills were found scattered in bags thrown away by the courier after the accident.

The courier carrying the drugs fled after the accident that occurred at Km 136 of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road, Lampung, on Thursday, November 20, 2025. However, three days later, on Sunday, November 23, 2025, the courier was arrested.

As is known, the accident went viral on social media. The car with license plate number D-1160-UN was severely damaged consequently of the crash.

Bags filled with ecstasy were secured by officers from the toll road median ravine.

Head of Public Relations of the Lampung Regional Police, Kombes Yuni Iswandari, confirmed the incident. She stated that the exact number of ecstasy pills found was still being calculated.

“it’s true, this morning there was an accident on the Bakter toll road section at Km 136 B, where the car owner fled and was found to be suspected ecstasy pills. Untill now it is indeed still being counted. As an estimate,there were tens of thousands found in 34 packages,” she explained,as reported by detikSumbagsel on Friday (21/11).

Bareskrim Polri immediately investigated the findings of hundreds of thousands of ecstasy pills on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road km 136B, lampung. Currently, the drug courier who fled after the accident has been arrested by Bareskrim.

5. The suspect had gone for treatment

Until then, on Saturday (22/11), the suspect returned to his home in the Rawa Burung area, Tangerang and met his wife. Raffi was accompanied by his wife and children to Pandeglang to undergo customary treatment.

“After treatment, because it was late at night, Muhammad Raffi and his family stayed overnight at a nearby mosque,” he said.

On the othre hand, the police who were pursuing him managed to arrest him on sunday (23/11) at 07.00 WIB.
