CALGARY, AB, March 4, 2026 – Canadian Pacific Kansas City Limited (TSX: CP) (NYSE: CP) (“CPKC”) today announced a combined $1.2 billion debt offering, issuing US $600 million of 4.000% Notes due 2029 and US $600 million of 5.500% Notes due 2056, guaranteed by CPKC. The offering is expected to finalize on March 6, 2026, contingent upon standard closing conditions.

Strategic Apply of Proceeds

CPKC intends to utilize the net proceeds from this offering primarily for two key financial objectives: refinancing existing debt and funding general corporate purposes.
