Mercedes-Benz is actively reshaping the customer experience and bolstering its commitment to sustainability through significant upgrades to its facilities. These improvements focus on creating a seamless “phygital” habitat for customers and achieving aspiring environmental performance goals.

Elevating the Customer Journey

Customers visiting Mercedes-Benz dealerships can anticipate redesigned vehicle handover rooms and upgraded lounges featuring a modern, cafe-style layout with clear views of the vehicles. This shift aims to create a more welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.A key element of this transformation is the integration of a “phygital” experience, blending physical product exploration with digital customization options. Mercedes-Benz sales consultants will provide guidance throughout this process, enhancing revelation and personalization for each customer.

Service centers are also receiving attention, with upgrades to lounges and service bays designed to streamline the vehicle drop-off and collection process. The Pandan Gardens complex is undergoing a complete refurbishment to improve overall comfort, service flow, and operational efficiency.

A Commitment to Sustainability Excellence

Sustainability is central to these upgrades. by the end of 2027, Mercedes-Benz aims to achieve Green Mark certification for all four of its key facilities. This certification recognizes buildings that meet recognized sustainability standards [[1]]. Even with existing mature buildings, upgrades are being implemented to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions.

Renewable Energy Integration

A significant component of this sustainability push is the increased integration of renewable energy sources. The Pandan Loop service center now features over 2,000 rooftop solar panels,generating clean energy to support daily operations. Furthermore, four new EV DC chargers have been installed at the Alexandra Road site, catering to Mercedes-Benz electric vehicle customers and reinforcing the company’s commitment to future-ready technology.
