The parody, released on March 12, 2026, prompted an immediate response from DJ Jean. Whereas, in a recent phone conversation with Krikke, DJ Jean clarified his position. He stated that his issue wasn’t with being the target of a parody, but rather that the parody didn’t fully represent his extensive career. Krikke emphasized that the parody was intended as “a considerable wink” and a sign of respect for DJ Jean’s accomplishments.

DJ Jean’s Perspective

DJ Jean downplayed the significance of the situation, stating, “The world isn’t coming to an finish, is it.” He expressed that he is no longer upset with Bram, acknowledging the lighthearted nature of the parody.
