The Leverkusen Animal welfare Association is now taking care of the sweet female dog, but she urgently needs help. “Bell has a severe patellar luxation, which means her kneecap constantly slips out of its joint,” explains the animal shelter. “This causes her a lot of pain and restricts her movement.”
