Dragonpass showcased its integrated digital ecosystem and AI-driven personalization tools at ITB Asia 2026, held from October 21 to 23 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The global travel and lifestyle platform used the B2B trade show to connect with industry stakeholders and pitch member engagement solutions to corporate partners.
Operating under the event theme “Experiences in Motion: Human-Centred Design in Travel & Tourism,” the company demonstrated how its platform links airport services, flight delay assistance, and first-class amenities with corporate membership programs. The setup aims to help airlines, hotels, and travel providers maintain customer engagement beyond single transactions through targeted member engagement, premium privileges, and miles redemption options.
Interest-Driven Travel and Artificial Intelligence Integration
Travel patterns are shifting as consumers increasingly book trips around specific events such as concerts, food experiences, sporting fixtures, and art exhibitions, according to Jane Zhu, Co-founder and CEO of Dragonpass. Zhu stated that artificial intelligence enables the platform to connect membership benefits directly with these real-life itineraries.
“AI allows us to connect membership benefits with these real-life journeys, helping travellers discover relevant services when planning a trip and access available lounge or privileges at the airport,” Zhu said, noting that the company serves more than 40 million members across 140 countries and regions.
Jakarta and Discova Join Regional Tourism Promotions at Marina Bay Sands
Alongside Dragonpass, other organizations used the Singapore trade exhibition to promote regional tourism initiatives. The Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency participated alongside 17 industry players—including seven Jakarta hotels, PT Taman Safari Indonesia, and the PIK Tourism Board—to market the city as a MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) hub ahead of its 500th anniversary.
At the same venue, Destination Management Company Discova, a subsidiary of The Flight Centre Travel Group, promoted purpose-driven travel across 11 destinations. Discova CEO Suyin Lee spoke at the event about encouraging travelers to slow down and engage with local communities rather than focusing strictly on visitor volume.
