The updated platform, which manages 70mila vehicles across Italy and Europe, introduces automated data entry powered by artificial intelligence, a redesigned interface, and multilingual support to accommodate international operations.

The new version of Fleeway focuses on streamlining daily fleet management tasks through automation and improved user experience. According to DRIVEvolve’s leadership, the update includes the automated processing of invoices, vehicle registration documents, and traffic fines.
The software’s interface has been overhauled to allow for greater user customization. Fleet managers can now define which columns appear in tables, set specific preferences for data views, and search for vehicles by license plate or driver directly from the main dashboard. Additionally, the platform now supports mass data imports without requiring pre-defined templates, reducing the manual workload for administrative teams.

Fleeway is designed to manage mixed fleets, including light vehicles, heavy equipment, and construction machinery. By integrating these assets into a single container, the software allows managers to monitor both “targato” (registered) and “non-targato” (non-registered) equipment.
