Edenred Publishes 2025 Universal Registration Document

Issy-les-Moulineaux, France – March 24, 2026 – Edenred has announced the publication of its 2025 Universal Registration Document, officially filed in French with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF) today, under registration number D.26-0137.

The document, submitted in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) as per Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815, is now available on the AMF’s website. French and English versions can also be found in the Investors/Shareholders – Financial and extra-financial information – Regulated information section of Edenred’s corporate website (www.edenred.com/en).

Key Components of the 2025 Universal Registration Document

The 2025 Universal Registration Document includes several key reports and details:
