On the lead acting side, Matthew Rhys won Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for the series. Despite the “Widow’s Bay” sweep, Jean Smart broke through to claim the award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her performance in “Hacks,” as reported by Freie Presse.
