Empyrion Digital and CypressTel Partner to Expand Data Centre Capacity Across Asia
SINGAPORE – March 16, 2026 – Empyrion Digital, a Singapore-based next-generation data centre developer and operator, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Cypress Telecom Limited (“CypressTel”) and its affiliate DataShell to bolster data centre capacity and network services across Asia. The collaboration aims to support the growing demand for scalable, secure, and interconnected digital infrastructure in the region.
Strategic Collaboration Details
Under the terms of the MOU, CypressTel will have capacity options for Empyrion Digital’s second data centre project in Singapore. This agreement underscores a joint commitment to enhancing high-performance digital infrastructure and solidifying Singapore’s position as a key connectivity hub. Empyrion Digital and CypressTel have established a term sheet for Empyrion to provide data centre capacity to CypressTel at an upcoming North Asia project.
