Arch Enemy Announces Departure of Frontwoman alissa White-Gluz

Arch Enemy has announced that Alissa White-Gluz has left the band.She had been their vocalist since 2014.

White-Gluz took over for Angela Gossow, who stepped down from performing with the Swedish melodic death metal group but continued as their business manager. Before joining Arch Enemy, White-Gluz was a founding member of the metalcore band The Agonist.

During her time with Arch Enemy, White-Gluz contributed to four studio albums: ‘War Eternal’ (2014), ‘Will to Power’ (2017), ‘Deceivers’ (2022), and ‘Blood Dynasty’ (2024).

The band released a statement saying, “Arch Enemy have parted ways with singer Alissa White-Gluz. We’re thankful for the time and music we’ve shared and wish her all the best. Wherever there is an ending, there is also a beginning. See you in 2026.”

white-Gluz also issued a statement,revealing plans to focus on a solo career.
